- Includes your comprehensive eye exam and exclusive discounts on eyewear and additional services.
- 15% Off – Contact Lens Service/Fitting Fees (Single Use)
- 15% Off – Contact Lens Annual Supply (Single Use)
- 15% Off – Prescription Eyewear (Single Use)
- 40% Off – Additional Prescription Eyewear
- 15% Off – Out of Pocket Eyecare Services
*Plus applicable account maintenance and payment processing fees.
Premium Vision Savings Plan
$35/month*
- Contract Term: 1 Year Term
- Includes everything in the standard plan, plus additional savings and benefits for patients who need more frequent care or advanced services.
- 15% Off – Contact Lens Service/Fitting Fees (Single Use)
- 15% Off – Contact Lens Annual Supply (Single Use)
- $199 Prescription Lens Allowance – 15% off upgrades (Single Use)
- $150 Frame Allowance – 15% off overage (Single Use)
- 40% Off – Additional Prescription Eyewear
- 15% Off – Out of Pocket Eyecare Services
